iPhone 4S 16gb faulty spares repairs broken ?

Hi this is a mint condition iPhone 4S 16gb that is faulty and is on the 3 network it doesnt seem to pick up a signal. phone is in almost mint condition except for a couple of tiny blemishes, it is fully boxed and the accessories are still sealed however there are no earphones.
